I am Xavier, your Woodland Hills CPA.
I am Xavier Yuchongtian, CPA, founder of Xavier Yu & Associates, CPA at 21021 Ventura Boulevard, Suite 350, in Woodland Hills. I bring over 20 years of tax and accounting experience, and I am licensed in California.
I graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Finance. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Day to day I prepare taxes, plan taxes, keep books, run payroll, and represent clients before tax agencies. I do focused work for liquor stores and gas stations, and I also serve restaurants, manufacturers, construction businesses, physicians, dentists, and attorneys. My practice runs on one word: SERVE.
