I am William H. Downs, a CPA in Sherman Oaks. I started this practice in 1971 and studied accounting at UCLA. My office sits at 13701 Riverside Drive, Suite 400, at Riverside Drive and Woodman Avenue.
Most days I prepare income tax returns and do estate and trust work: fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns on Form 706, fiduciary accounting, and probate accounting. I also help other accountants with these returns.
