Trenchless sewer replacement
When a sewer is truly done, we replace it without tearing up your whole yard.
Hydro jetting
High-pressure water scours grease and roots off the pipe wall so the line runs like it should.
Sewer camera inspection
We find the break with a camera and locate it from above, so digging starts in the right spot.
Water heaters and repairs
Faucets, sinks, disposals, water heaters, water lines, re-pipes, slab leaks, and filtration, repaired or replaced.
Gas lines and safety valves
Gas leak detection, pool and barbecue lines, fire rings, earthquake shutoff valves, and code compliance.
Who we are
Three generations of the same stubborn habit.
Bill Frankel started this shop in 1959 after moving to California from New York, where he had been a firefighter. When Bill retired in 1993, the Alexander family bought the business. We had already been doing all of the drain work and hydro-jetting for Frankel Plumbing for years, so nothing about the way we work changed.
We still go up on the roof to clear drains when that is what the line needs, and we still tell you when a cleaning will do instead of selling you a sewer. California licensed C-36, licence #270127.
