Who we are
A small downtown firm that knows your industry.
We are four people in downtown Los Angeles. Harold Blacher founded the firm in 2003 after ten years as a partner in a mid-size Los Angeles firm and years as a CFO for companies with $30 to $400 million in revenue. Todd Blacher joined in 2010 and is a CPA. Alejandro Espinosa joined in 2020 and is a CPA. Yorley Blacher joined in 2017 and is our account manager and QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
We are licensed in California and members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and we have passed every required California Board of Accountancy peer review. All day we prepare returns, write financial statements, close books, and answer the phone when a bank, an auditor, or a tax agency writes.
Our clients make apparel and jewelry, run restaurants and food distribution, build and sell real estate, and practice law and medicine.
