What we do
Air conditioning, heat, and the work between.
Heating and furnaces
We service and replace forced-air furnaces and keep the heat coming on when January mornings go cold.
Heat pumps
We put in ducted heat pumps that cool in summer and heat in winter, including the permits and HERS testing the job needs.
Ductless mini-splits
We design and install mini-splits for rooms, studios, offices, and additions that never had ductwork.
Whole-house fans
We install QuietCool whole-house and attic fans that pull evening air through the house and give the air conditioner a rest.
Ductwork
We run new ducts, add returns, and fix the rooms that never got air, including vaulted west-facing living rooms that used to bake.

I am Oscar Arevalo. Airmatix is my family shop in Granada Hills.
California licensed us C-20, number 1038698, in April 2018. The city registered the business on Minnehaha Street in 2017.
I diagnose, bid, and still work the install. Victoria Arevalo is on the license with me.
We pull permits, run HERS tests, and walk you through repair versus replace. If a sealant or a part will save the unit, we say so.
We work in English and Spanish.
It’s a small company and the owner, Oscar, at points, participates in the installation.
